1. Before You Begin
- Have your 5 character Team Registration Code ready from your Invitation Letter (i.e, YH89B for example).
- Download the 2026 Team Roster PDF .
- Fill out the roster PDF, print a hardcopy for mailing, and save the completed PDF to your computer.
- If saving fails, update Adobe Reader to the latest version.
- Take or have ready a high‑resolution color team photo (JPG).
2. Register Your Team
- Enter your Team Registration Code in the Coach Login form (right) and submit it.
- Complete all required sections.
- Upload your completed 2026 Team Roster PDF
- Upload your high‑resolution color team photo (JPG)
3. Mail Forms and Fee
- Mail the printed roster and any required forms with original signatures.
- Include the Entry Fee Check (payable to Padre Serra Tournament).
4. Rules & Eligibility
- Teams sponsored by Catholic parishes, competing in Catholic‑sponsored leagues, or participating in approved public‑school leagues that follow the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Athletics Policies (as of July 1 of last year) are generally eligible.

5. Coach Responsibilities
- Read and follow the Game Procedures & Responsibilities and Tournament Rules & Guidelines.
- Always provide complete and accurate contact information.
- Contact The Padre with any questions.
6. Mandatory for All Players
- Every player must sign and submit the Participation Waiver before playing.
